  • Students who are late for their appointments may forfeit their slot to walk-in clients. Please call if you know you will be late (432-3610).
  • Appointments can only be made two weeks in advance. If you have to miss an appointment, please cancel 12 hours in advance to open up the appointment for another client.
  • BCC appointments are reserved for Broad College of Business students, but the BCC will take walk-in appointments when slots are available. Please DO NOT schedule appointments at the BCC unless you are a Broad College of Business Student.
  • Holden Hall appointments are reserved for First Year Experience (FYE) students residing in Holden Hall, but Holden Hall will take walk-in appointments when slots are available. Please DO NOT schedule appointments in Holden Hall unless you are an FYE student.
